Therapy Services

Individual

Individual therapy offers a supportive, one-on-one space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. Sessions focus on helping you understand yourself more deeply, develop healthier coping skills, and create meaningful changes in your life. This process is tailored to your goals and needs, providing a safe place to grow, heal, and feel more grounded.

Family

Family therapy provides a supportive space for families to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and navigate challenges together. It focuses on understanding each person’s perspective while fostering healthier patterns and connection. Sessions are collaborative and guided by the unique needs of your family. The goal is to create more harmony, understanding, and resilience within your relationships.

Treatment Modalities

Cognitive Behavioral Health

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps you understand how your thoughts affect how you feel and what you do. Sometimes we automatically assume the worst or get stuck in patterns of thinking that leave us feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or discouraged.

CBT teaches you how to slow down, notice these thoughts, and look at situations from a more balanced perspective. When your thoughts become more helpful and realistic, it can change how you feel and how you respond to challenges. CBT provides practical tools that can help you feel more confident, in control, and better equipped to handle everyday life.

Internal Family Systems

Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy helps you understand the different parts of yourself that show up in everyday life. You may have a part that worries, a part that tries to keep everyone happy, a part that avoids difficult feelings, or a part that is carrying hurt from past experiences. These parts often develop for a reason and are usually trying to protect you in the best way they know how.

IFS helps you get to know these parts with curiosity instead of judgment. As you build a stronger connection with your calm, grounded self, you can better understand your emotions, reduce inner conflict, and respond to life's challenges with greater confidence, compassion, and balance.

Trauma Informed Care

Trauma-Informed Care recognizes that difficult or overwhelming experiences can affect the way the brain and body respond to the world. After trauma, the brain may stay on high alert, making it harder to feel safe, trust others, manage emotions, or relax—even when the danger has passed.

This approach focuses on creating a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and in control of your healing process. Together, we move at a pace that feels comfortable for you while building tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected in your daily life.

Solution-Focused Therapy

Solution-Focused Therapy works because it helps you focus your energy on change instead of staying stuck in the problem. When people are struggling, it's easy to lose sight of their strengths and the progress they've already made. This approach helps you recognize what's working, build on past successes, and take small, achievable steps forward.

By focusing on solutions and possibilities, many people begin to feel more hopeful, confident, and motivated. Small changes often create momentum, making larger changes feel more attainable over time.
